Notes:

1. Each time slot is limited to ten bays of six players each. First come, first served. Registrations that come in after all are sold out will be refunded.

2. Registration for a team of six players is $450.

2. If you wish to reserve two bays (total up to 12 players) in the same time slot, please submit a separate reservation and payment.
